DESCRIPTION:This concert has been generously supported by The Bearder Charity \nOur much loved annual traditional Carol Concert featuring our special guests\, the famous Hammonds Band \nConductor: James Savage-Hanford \nOrganist: Alan Horsey \n\n  \nA Calderdale Christmas is not complete without our much-loved Carol Concert.\nSet in the magnificent Minster\, with flickering candles\, twinkling lights and a forest of fragrant firs\, it is a festive delight for all the senses. A traditional Carol concert for all the family. There will be special carols by the choir and favourite carols for all to sing. And it just wouldn’t be Christmas without a sprinkling of John Rutter and a rousing rendition of O Holy Night! \nAs always\, our famous guest band\, Hammonds\, under the expert baton of their conductor Morgan Griffiths\, will be performing exciting festive medleys and arrangements from their extensive repertoire. \nWe are pleased to announce that the Anne Lister Dancers are once again making a guest appearance. \nThis concert always sells out\, so make a note in your diary now\, and book your tickets early.
